Blue Swan Design is a web design and development company dedicated to quality custom web and graphic design. Based out of Spokane, Washington we currently have clients in the US, Canada, Peru, and Ireland who range in everything from photographers to tour guides. Creating something simple, effective, and informative is our goal; we want you to love your site and be proud to display it to prospective clients and the world at large.

Jay Swanson graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2007 with a degree in French and then lived in France teaching English for a year. He returned and, after working for a marketing company in Spokane, founded Blue Swan Design in March of 2009. This overlapped with his time at Eastern Washington University as a lead graphic designer for the general access computer labs. He also served as the Adobe suite staff trainer.

BSD is a culmination of a number of passions and interests that have gotten Jay to where he is today. His interest in graphic design goes back to his love of drawing ever since he could hold a crayon, computers ever since MSDOS made it possible to play video games, and the internet ever since he realized there was a world outside of AOL.
